To enable you and your product developers to make informed design decisions, Innovative Concepts (in partnership with Interactive Video Productions, Inc.) offers a specially-designed usability lab to enable you to accurately assess the usability and user-friendliness of your interactive products at various stages of the development cycle.
Managed by trained technicians, and utilizing the latest video and computer technology — including remote controlled cameras, scan converters and digital switching equipment — our usability lab captures images of research participants from different angles in real time, as they interact with the product being tested. Verbal responses, facial reactions, hand/eye movements and body language are combined electronically with images of the product being tested, and are displayed in a picture-in-picture format to provide simultaneous observation and feedback of the product/participant interaction.
At the conclusion of your usability study, we evaluate all research footage, and select the most illustrative reactions and responses of research participants to support the key findings of the research. Using narration and graphics, we produce a concise, dynamic summary video (available on videotape and/or CD) to illustrate the key findings needed by your project developers, designers and senior managers. |
